Hands #25-30: Team Geiger Keeps the Pressure On

Level 27 : 30,000/60,000, 60,000 ante

Hand #25: Barak Wisbrod of Team Geiger raised to 125,000 from the button and John Hinds three-bet to 430,000 in the small blind. The big blind folded and so did Wisbrod.

Hand #26: Zachary Gruneberg raised to 120,000 from under the gun and Michael Marder shoved from mid-position for 1,220,000. Action folded back to Gruneberg who folded.

Hand #27: Wisbrod raised to 125,000 from the hijack and Fabio Coppola of Team Washinsky three-bet to 250,000 from the button. The blinds folded and Wisbrod looked at Coppola's stack, took a few seconds and then shoved for Coppola to insta-fold.

Hand #28: Wisbrod raised to 125,000 from mid-position and that was enough to pick up the blinds and ante.

Hand #29: Wisbrod raised to 125,000 from under the gun and got no action.

Hand #30: Jerod Smith completed his small blind and Wisbrod opted to check. The flop came {6-Clubs}{k-Spades}{5-Clubs}, Smith bet 75,000 and Wisbrod called. The turn was the {3-Hearts}, Smith check-called the 75,000 bet of Wisbrod. The river was the {6-Diamonds} and they both checked again for Smith to scoop the pot with {q-Spades}{6-Spades} for trips sixes.
