On a board that read Guangliang Xiao bet and was raised all in by Gregory Fishberg. Xiao immediately called and turned over which was crushing the that Fishberg held.
The dealer did not immediately realize what had happened because of the speed and silence of the actions but did collect the chips into the middle and dealt the on the river to give Xiao an important double up.
Preflop action folded around to Michel Barbato on the button and he shoved his short stack. Matthew Frank Sesso then re-shoved behind from his small blind and the big-blind player folded.
Michel Barbato:
Matthew Frank Sesso:
The board ran out , and Barbato was eliminated by the ace-king-high of Sesso.
After action folded to Scott Vetter in middle position, he raised it to 180,000. It then folded to Jeffrey Dewitt, and from his big blind he three-bet shoved. After about a minute of thought Vetter released his hand, which sent the chipstack bump to Dewitt shortly after returning from the dinner break.
After Anthony Kazgandjian raised it up to 130,000 from early position, Graham Hiew then three-bet to 625,000. Action folded to Kainalu McCue-Unciano on the button and he made the call and Kazgandjian folded.
After Hiew checked to McCue-Unciano on the flop, McCue-Unciano then led out for 400,000, which was met with a check-shove from Hiew. McCue-Unciano asked the dealer to pull in the 400,000 so that he could see how much more it was to call. The dealer confirmed an additional 1,630,000, and after some thought McCue-Unciano made the call.
Graham Hiew:
Kainalu McCue-Unciano:
McCue-Unciano was behind, but that changed quickly when the dealer fanned the on the turn and the on the river, which gave McCue-Unciano the full house and eliminated yet another opponent. Also, worth noting is that McCue-Unciano also eliminated Jeremy Kramer from the tournament just a few hands later.
