Strelitz Loses Massive Pot, Busts Shortly Afterwards

Level 12 : 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

With a flop reading {5-Spades}{2-Hearts}{8-Hearts}, Haim Ifrach checked from the small blind and Daniel Strelitz bet 7,000 from an early position.

Ifrach threw in 11,000 and he was forced to min-raise to 14,000. Strelitz fired back, making it 40,000 and Ifrach quickly announced he was all in. Strelitz immediately called the 138,000 with a covering stack.

Strelitz: {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}
Ifrach: {5-Hearts}{4-Hearts}

Ifrach locked the pot already on the {a-Hearts} turn, hitting a flush. The {j-Hearts} river couldn't change anything and Strelitz was left with 20 big blinds.

Strelitz lost the remaining portion of his stack in the following minutes, leaving the tournament midway through today's first level.
