Beresford Busts Brar

Level 5 : 200/400, 400 ante

A player raised from early position, Jaspal Brar called from the small blind, and Conor Beresford defended from the big blind.

The dealer spread a flop of {10-Clubs}{5-Spades}{3-Diamonds}, Brar led for 1,700, Beresford quickly raised to 4,000, the early position player folded and Brar called. The turn was the {2-Hearts} and Brar check-called another 4,000.

The river was the {5-}, Brar checked once again and Beresford put in 30,000. Brar went in the tank had eventually put his remaining 12,500 in the middle. Beresford tabled {a-Spades}{4-Clubs} for a turned straight and Brar threw his cards into the muck.
