Super Late Reggers Super Short Stacked

Level 9 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

A handful of players opted for finish-line registration including Phil Hellmuth and another of today's $600 PLO/NLH finalists Stephen Ma (6th for $36,852). They're taking a shot at spinning a 15bb starting stack into a Day 2 playable one, and understandably are under pressure to make a move swiftly.

Stephen Ma's shot didn't work out; he moved all in for 13,500 with {a-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}, snapped off by a player with {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}, no outdraw.

One table along, Phil Ivey was just all in preflop for 7,000 as a button three-bet after a cutoff open to 2,200, but his potential eliminator made the fold.
