In 2018, Adam Friedman collected his second WSOP gold bracelet when he defeated Stuart Rutter heads-up over the 111-player field to take home the $293,275 first-place prize.

Also on the final table was Alexey Makarov, Chris Klodnicki, David "ODB" Baker, and Marco Johnson.

Friedman has just taken his seat in today's event to see if he can successfully defend his title.

Currently, Friedman is seated alongside Brandon Shack-Harris, Anthony Zinno, Prahlad Friedman, Allen Kessler, and John David Rogers.
