Action folded to Jason Lipiner in the cutoff, who put in a raise. The player on the button folded and Jason Stockfish three-bet from the small blind. Defending champion Hanh Tran called from the big blind, as did Lipiner. Each player drew two cards on the first draw and Stockfish checked. Tran bet and both Lipiner and Stockfish called. Stockfish then drew two, Tran stood pat, and Lipiner pulled two. Action again checked to Tran, who bet and was called by both players.

Final draws went one, pat, one and Stockfish checked again. Tran put in another bet and both Liniper and Stockfish quickly folded. Stockfish left himself with 1,000 behind after the fold and busted shortly thereafter.
