Hellmuth Puts Dzivielevski on Crumbs
Yuri Dzivielevski opened from the hijack and was three-bet by Phil Hellmuth out of the small blind. The big blind folded and Dzivielevski called. Hellmuth drew one and Dzivielevski two. After the draw, Hellmuth bet and Dzivielevski raised. Hellmuth called and both players stood pat. After the second draw, Hellmuth checked to Dzivielevski, who put in a bet. Hellmuth called and both players stood pat on the final draw. Hellmuth then check-called Dzivielevski's bet on the end.
"Eight-seven perfect," Dzivielevski said.
"No good," said Hellmuth, putting his chips back into his stack.
"Eight-seven, you said?" Hellmuth said as he tabled .
Dzivielevski saw Hellmuth's hand and confirmed his own was no good, sending his cards into the muck and finding himself with nothing but a few T$100 chips in front of him.
