Brutal Turn for Veiga

Level 41 : 1,500,000/3,000,000, 3,000,000 ante

Diogo Veiga opened to 6,500,000 under the gun and it was called by Rafi Elharar. Walter Atwood raised it to 19,500,000 and after some thoughts, Veiga called. Elharar folded.

Things heated on the flop {j-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{k-Hearts}. Veiga first checked and Atwood continued for 16,500,000. Veiga announced all in for a stack of 71,000,000 left and Veiga tanked for a few minutes. He ended up calling to create the following showdown:

Diogo Veiga: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Walter Atwood: {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}

Atwood immediately regretted his called, seeing a set of jacks in Veiga's hand but a miracle {a-Diamonds} fell on the river, giving a set of aces to Atwood. The river was the {q-Diamonds} and Veiga was left with only 300,000 after that hand.
