Anderson Takes a Chunk of Hong

Level 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Peter Hong raised under the gun to 100,000 and Roman Korenev called from the button. Small blind Francis Anderson three-bet to 390,000 and both Korenev and Anderson called.

The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} and Anderson continued with another bet of 375,000. Hong called the bet but Korenev got out of the way.

The turn was the {7-Diamonds} and both Anderson and Hong checked this time around. The river was the {6-Spades} and Anderson fired another bet. He put 300,000 in the middle. Hong called and Anderson tables {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds} as the winning hand.
