Russell Loses More Chips

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Johan Guilbert raised to 80,000 from under the gun and Matt Russell called in the small blind. Joe Curcio three-bet to 290,000 in the big blind and only Russell made the call.

The flop came {6-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, Russell checked, Curcio bet 200,000 and Russell responded with a raise to 525,000. Curcio took a few seconds before announcing he was all-in with the bigger stack. Russell dived into the tank, talking through the options, trying to figure out what Curcio could possibly have, and then ended up folding.
