Brown: "Straight Scoops Me"

Level 2 : 600/1,200, 0 ante

In a limped pot six-ways with the flop reading {a-Clubs}{5-Spades}{6-Hearts}, action checked round to WSOP bracelet winner Andrew Brown in the cutoff who bet 600.

Jameson Painter called from the small blind, as did Chris Bjorin from middle position, as the remaining players folded.

The turn landed the {j-Clubs}, and action checked to Brown again who elected to bet 1,200. Painter and Bjorin called, and when the river fell the {3-Diamonds} they both checked.

Brown bet 1,200, Painter called, and Bjorin folded.

"Straight beats me," announced Brown as he tabled his {a-Diamonds}{a-Hearts}{7-Spades}{6-Spades} for top set and a low.

Painter revealed his {6-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Spades}{2-Spades} for a worse set, but a better low, and the pot was chopped.
