Bicknell and Burns Close Out Their Matches

Level 31 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

At one table, Sergi Reixach was all in for his last 40,000 chips and called by Simon Burns. Reixach tabled {a-Hearts}{9-Spades} but ran into the {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds} of Burns. The flop came {k-Hearts}{j-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and Reixach was drawing slim. The {8-Hearts} on the turn gave him a straight and flush draw but the {7-Diamonds} on the river bricked everything to send Burns forward into the next round.

Meanwhile, Kristen Bicknell had wrestled the chip lead away from Boris Kolev. It is unsure as to when all of the chips got in the middle but Bicknell held {5-Spades}{5-Clubs} on a board of {a-}{5-}{3-}{a-}{a-}. Kolev's cards were already in the muck and Bicknell will return tomorrow for the Round of 16.
