Timoshenko Lays One Down

Level 6 : 300/600, 100 ante

Yevgeniy Timoshenko raised to 1,300 on the button and Mansoor Ahmadzai defended from the big blind. The flop came {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Ahmadzai checked to Timoshenko who continued for 1,500. Ahmadzai min-raised to 3,000 and Timoshenko called to see the {8-Diamonds} on the turn.

Ahmadzai led out for 4,400 and Timoshenko stuck around to see the {6-Diamonds} on the river. Ahmadzai fired another 5,700 and Timoshenko had a bigger decision to make. He thought for over a minute before finally sending his cards to the muck.
