Dodd Puts a Stop to Seiver's Run
Level 7
: 400/800, 100 ante
Scott Seiver has had a profitable day thus far, running up his stack from under 50,000 to over 100,000 in a matter of a couple levels. However, after recently being moved to a new table, Corey Dodd had something to say about that.
Seiver opened to 1,800 from the cutoff and Dodd defended from the big blind. The flop fell and Dodd check-called a bet of 1,200 from Seiver. The paired the board on the turn and Dodd checked to Seiver again who bet 3,300. Dodd continued to call and the landed on the river.
Dodd checked for the third time and Seiver thought for a brief moment before tapping the table as well. Dodd turned over for trip jacks and Seiver's cards went flying to the muck.
