Wolansky Scoops Schulman

Level 11 : 2,000/4,000, 0 ante
Steven Wolansky
Steven Wolansky

Steven Wolansky opened with a raise from early position and action folded around where Nick Schulman made it two bets on the button. Action folded back to Wolansky who called.

The flop was {K-Spades}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Wolanksky checked, then called a bet from Schulman. On the {8-Diamonds} turn, Wolansky check-called another bet.

The {6-Hearts} came on the river and Wolansky decided to lead out, betting. Schulman thought for a bit then called. Wolansky showed his {A-Spades}{2-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for the nut low and a straight and that would allow him to take down the whole pot.
