Badugi

Phil Ivey was down to just one chip, a hundo. Now he's back up to 6,000. That's the story of one of the greatest players of all time. Phenomenal Ivey scored a series of doubles, with the latest happening as follows.

First, we saw Ivey all-in in a three-way pot after the second draw where Greg Mueller isolated the third player, battling heads-up against Ivey. He drew two while Ivey took one.

Greg Mueller: {4-Hearts}{2-Clubs}
Phil Ivey: {6-Spades}{3-Hearts}{A-Diamonds}

Ivey was ahead with his three-card badugi but he drew {9-Spades}, announcing "spades". Mueller rolled over the {2-Spades}, still having a chance to dispatch Ivey but the {7-Clubs} allowed Ivey to chip up to 2,400.

The next hand saw Ivey double again, climbing to 6,000.
