Hand #67: Dan Smith raised to 1.5 million on the button and Fedor Holz in the big blind with no small blind in play. The flop came {k-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades} and both players checked to the {q-Diamonds} on the turn. They both checked again to see the {4-Diamonds} on the river.
