Nitsche Favors the Four-Card Straight Flush Board

Level 12 : 60,000/120,000, 120,000 ante

Steffen Sontheimer raised to 285,000 in the cutoff and Dominik Nitsche called from the big blind. The flop fell {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Nitsche checked to Sontheimer who bet 250,000. Nitsche called and the {7-Spades} landed on the turn.

Both players checked to the {6-Spades} on the river. Nitsche led out for 300,000 and Sontheimer gave it some thought but opted to send his cards to the muck as the players headed for their first break of the day.
