Mermelstein Stacks Two

Level 12 : 600/1,200, 200 ante

The action was complete and three players were all-in when we got to the table: Loni Harwood in the big blind, Aaron Mermelstein, in early position, and a third player in the cutoff. Mermelstein had the largest stack by a wide margin.

Loni Harwood: {A-Clubs}{9-Spades}
Aaron Mermelstein: {A-Hearts}{9-Hearts}
Cutoff: {10-Spades}{8-Spades}

Harwood and Mermelstein were tied for the lead, but that changed when the flop came {K-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts} to give Mermelstein the nut-flush draw. The {4-Diamonds} on the turn was no help to anyone but the {10-Hearts} river meant the entire pot belonged to Mermelstein.
