Aerts Takes Down the Pot Without Showdown

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Matthijs Aerts raised to 26,000 from the under the gun position and Ankush Mandavia three-bet from one seat over to 80,000. Todd Ivens called from the small blind and the player in the big blind folded. Aerts decided to put in a four-bet when he shoved 250,000 forward. Mandavia folded his hand, but Ivens called.

The hand was already lasting for six minutes when the {10-Hearts}{4-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop came down. Ivens checked to the Belgian player and he pushed all in for effectively about 470,000, covering Ivens by a lot. Ivens opted to go for the fold and when the hand was over Mandavia offered Aerts $50 to see his hand.

Aerts shoved his hand to the muck with a smile on his face and took down the pretty sizeable pot without showdown.
