Vilchez Gets Good Value

Level 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

Hold'em

Samuel Welbourne made it 35,000 in the middle position, Ryan Leng flatted from hijack and Jesse Vilchez came along from the button. Welbourne fired 32,000 on the {A-Clubs}{K-Spades}{6-Diamonds} flop and both Leng and Vilchez called.

The {3-Hearts} hit the felt and Welbourne checked to Leng who threw in 109,000. Only Vilchez called and the {5-Clubs} appeared on the river. Leng checked and called Vilchez' bet of 180,000. Vilchez showed {6-Spades}{6-Clubs} for a flopped set and took down a sizeable pot to cross 1 million in chips.

Dan Matsuzuki: {a-Clubs}{a-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{9-Hearts}

The board completed with the {7-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Matsuzuki raked in the pot.

Leng Blasts on Flop

Level 23 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante

PLO

Samuel Welbourne raised to 45,000 in the hijack, earning calls from cutoff Ryan Leng and button Dan Matsuzuki.

The {3-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{4-Spades} flop saw Welbourne and Leng check to Matsuzuki who tossed in 80,000. Welbourne mucked his hand but Leng announced he was raising pot for 399,000. Matsuzuki had roughly 420,000 total so his decision was virtually for all his money and he quickly laid his hand down.
