Andress Gets Gaspard to Fold

Level 2 : 50/100, 0 ante
Jean Prince Gaspard
Jean Prince Gaspard

Jean Gaspard limped in from mid-position and so did Rajai Wazwaz in the cutoff. John Andress was sitting on the button and raised to 500. Gaspard was the only one to make the call.

Gaspard check-called Andress' 400 continuation bet on the {8-Spades}{2-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop.

They both checked through the {6-Clubs} on the turn to the {k-Hearts} on the river. Gaspard checked for the last time. Andress looked at the board and Gaspard and decided to bet 1,800. Gaspard hesitated for a while and then folded but did decide to show the {8-Diamonds}.
