There was a raise to 400 from a player in early position followed by a call from the cutoff before Ryan Laplante called on the button. The big bling also came along, and the four players saw a 
flop. The action was checked to Laplante, and he bet 1,300. Both the big blind and early position raiser called before the cutoff folded.
All three players checked on the 
turn before the initial preflop raiser bet 2,625 after the 
river appeared. Laplante quickly folded to leave the player in the big blind facing a decision, and after some thinking time, he reluctantly let his hand go into the muck.
