Shortly after being crippled in a hand against Anderson Ireland where Ireland held {k-}{q-}{8-}{9-} on {q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{7-Hearts}, Hai Chu found himself all in for his last 75,000 in the big blind with Joon Park in the small blind and Anderson Ireland on the button.

The flop fell {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} and Ireland called a bet of 50,000 from Park. The turn brought the {4-Diamonds} and Park fired again for 100,000 with Ireland making the call. The {5-Hearts} river fell and Park bet for a third time for 125,000 and Ireland quickly called.

Park tabled {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}{9-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} for pocket kings but Ireland rolled over {q-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} for trip sevens and Chu couldn't beat it and is the fifth-place finisher.
