Defending Champ Chris Vitch Takes It with Two Pair on Board

Level 16 : 6,000/12,000, 1,500 ante

Chris Vitch: {X-}{X-} / {A-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{A-Spades}{4-Clubs} / {X-}
Andrew Rennhack: {X-}{X-} / {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{7-Spades} / {X-}

Defending champ Chris Vitch completed with an ace showing and Andrew Rennhack, who had brought it in with a deuce, made the call.

Rennhack check-called a bet on fourth and then called a bet of 12,000 when Vitch paired his ace on fifth. Vitch made two pair on sixth and bet, which Rennhack called.

Vitch bet a final time on seventh and that did the trick as Rennhack folded his hand.
