Bamford Fades an Open-Ender, Greenberg Can't Recover

Level 33 : 300,000/600,000, 100,000 ante

Ben Greenberg shoved on the button and Jordan Bamford called out of the big blind, putting in his last 7,175,000.

Greenberg: {A-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}
Bamford: {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts}

Bamford was a favorite and the {9-Spades}{J-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} flop looked good for him. Then the {Q-Spades} arrived to give Greenberg and open-ended straight draw.

"Oh god," Bamford said, but the {7-Hearts} was harmless and he doubled up.

Greenberg was down to one big blind and lost it right away, losing with {A-Spades}{4-Hearts} against Gregory Kolo's {8-Spades}{7-Diamonds} who flopped a pair of eights.
