Hands #37-41: Graham Takes the Lead, All Pretty Even Now

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #37: Andrew Graham limped in from the small blind and big blind Jean-Robert Bellande checked. Graham checked on {4-Spades}{6-Spades}{6-Clubs} and then called Bellande's 80,000 bet. The {J-Spades} turn saw the same procedure as Graham now check-called a bet of 250,000.

The {10-Spades} river made for four spades on the board and Graham led out for 375,000. Bellande thought about it for a bit before raising to 1,375,000. Graham tanked for a while before he called.

"Good call," Bellande said while not showing his cards yet.

Bellande eventually mucked and Graham did the same, winning a massive pot without having to show his cards.

Hand #38: Graham opened the button for 160,000. Big blind Dean Lyall called and then check-folded to a bet of 180,000 on {6-Clubs}{Q-Clubs}{K-Spades}.

Hand #39: Bellande opened the button for 175,000 and Graham called from the big blind. The {10-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}{6-Clubs} flop was checked through and so the {J-Clubs} on the turn appeared for free. Graham check-called a bet of 175,000 before check-folding to a bet of 325,000 on the {8-Hearts} river.

Hand #40: Lyall opened the button for 190,000 but folded to Graham's 615,000 small blind three-bet.

Hand #41: Graham opened the button for 160,000 and Lyall called. Lyall check-folded for a bet of 185,000 on {J-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}.
