Welcome to Event #58: $5,000 No-Limit Hold'em 6-Handed. Play will kick off at 3pm today here at the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino.

The defending champion is Nadar Kakhmazov, who walked away with the $580,338 first place prize. He finished top of a field of 574 runners, which included some big names. Some of those made the final table with Kakhamazov, including runner-up Chris Hunichen, Kenny Hallaert and Faraz Jaka.

Players start with 25,000 chips and ten 60-minute levels are on the schedule for today. There will be a 20-minute break every two levels. Late registration is open until the start of Day 2, giving registrants plenty of time to get down and play.
