Hughes Busts Flack in Most Massive Pot Yet

Level 19 : 6,000/12,000, 0 ante
Layne Flack
Layne Flack

Layne Flack opened for a raise early and got calls from his neighbors in the next two seats, Jerry Wong and Ryan Hughes. The flop came {5-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Flack bet 100,000. Only Hughes continued. The turn came {2-Spades} and Flack check-called 300,000. The river was the {2-Clubs}. Flack cut down one his stacks and then announced all in.

It looked to be about 300,000 but Hughes didn't even need a count as he announced an immediate call and tabled {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs} for tens full. Flack revealed a hand that included {k-Clubs}{7-Clubs} but the dealer whipped the others around and shuffled them into the muck forever before we could catch the other two.
