Vitch Shows Sheng Three Sevens

Level 11 : 3,000/6,000, 0 ante

Chris Vitch raised from the hijack, Quek Sheng three-bet from the big blind and Vitch called.

Sheng drew one, Vitch drew two, Sheng bet and Vitch called.

On the second draw, Sheng drew one again, Vitch drew two again, Sheng bet and Vitch raised. Sheng reraised and Vitch called after a few moments.

On the last draw, both stood pat, Sheng bet and Vitch raised. Sheng went into the tank for about 90 seconds before he open folded {8-}{5-}{4-}{3-}{2-}.

"Show an eight," said Sheng to Vitch.

Vitch smiled and showed {7-}{7-}{7-}, getting a few chuckles from the table, including Sheng.

"That wouldn't work on me," said tablemate Cary Katz.

"Well that's because Quek is a good player," said Vitch.
