Christopher Kruk Eliminated in 8th Place ($34,450)

Level 24 : 20,000/40,000, 0 ante
Christopher Kruk
Christopher Kruk

Matt Glantz opened and [Removed:412] called in the big blind. Kruk drew two and Glantz opted for one. Kruk check-raised all in for 32,000 and Glantz put in the rest.

Both players stood pat and Kruk was forced to break and draw one.

It wouldn't matter, though, as Glantz had Kruk drawing dead with a wheel. Kruk even made his hand, drawing to a {6-}{4-}{3-}{2-} and pulled a {7-}, but Glantz's {7-}{5-}{4-}{3-}{2-} sent Kruk to the rail in eighth place.

Tran revealed {9-}{8-}{6-}{5-}{4-} and Kruk couldn't beat it as he peeled a king on the river. Both Tran and Kruk are now short-stacked as they lost a few chips on the following hands.
