Calderaro Gets It in Good

Level 24 : 30,000/60,000, 0 ante

Ryan Tosoc limped in from under the gun and Luis Velador raised it up to 200,000 on the button. James Calderaro re-raised to 650,000 from the small blind and Tosoc got out of the way. Velador called and the two players saw a flop of {j-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}.

Calderaro jammed all in for 1,070,000 and Velador tanked for over a minute before making the call. Calderaro tabled {a-Spades}{a-Clubs}{9-Clubs}{4-Spades} which was ahead of Velador's {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}{q-Clubs}{3-Spades}. The turn brought the {4-Clubs} giving Calderaro the nut flush draw as well and the river landed the {7-Hearts}. Calderaro's pair of aces held on for a full double up through Velador.
