Brown Cracks Klimek's Aces to Double

Level 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
James Brown
James Brown

Bruce Hugon raised to 30,000 from the cutoff and James Brown moved all in for 96,000 from the button. Edward Klimek called from the small blind and Hugon folded.

James Brown: {9-Spades}{9-Diamonds}
Edward Klimek: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

It looked like the end of the road for Brown as Klimek tabled pocket aces. The dealer fanned the {k-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} flop and Klimek's aces maintained the lead. The turn was the {9-Hearts}, however, and Brown spiked his two-outer on the turn to take the lead.

Klimek was now the one in need of help on the river, but the {2-Diamonds} completed the board and Brown earned the double-up.
