Omaha-8

Eddie Blumenthal mistakenly misread the game that was being played and his attempt at a raise was limited to a call. Phil Hellmuth came along in the small blind along with Jon Turner in the big blind.

The flop came {q-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} and the action checked to Blumenthal who tossed in a bet. Hellmuth instantly check-raised and Turned got out of the way. Blumenthal put in a three-bet and Hellmuth just called.

The turn was the {10-Spades} and Hellmuth check-called another bet from Blumenthal. The {8-Spades} on the river paired the board and Hellmuth checked again. Blumenthal moved a bet into the middle and Hellmuth quickly called. Blumenthal rolled over {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} for a full house and Hellmuth bounced from his seat.

"Are you f*cking kidding me? This goofball doesn't even know how to play and he's got all of the chips." Hellmuth flashed the {a-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for trip eights and then his cards went flying to the muck.
