Goldfarb Doubles Through the Chipleader

Level 11 : 250/500, 0 ante

PLO-8

Peter Neff came into the day as the chipleader but has hit a roadblock early on. Neff raised it up to 1,500 from early position and was called by Robert Goldfarb in the cutoff. The flop fell {a-Hearts}{7-Spades}{4-Hearts} and Neff led out for 2,300. Goldfarb made the call and the {10-Clubs} landed on the turn.

Neff fired another 6,000 and Goldfarb stuck around to see the {2-Hearts} on the river. Neff opted to check this time and Goldfarb moved all in for 9,150. Neff thought for a minute and then announced a call. Goldfarb turned over {a-Spades}{8-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs} for a straight and the nut low. Neff was unable to beat either hand and threw his cards to the muck.
