Takayama Soars to the Lead

Level 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Mike Takayama and Emerick Wiatrek clashed in a massive pot just a short while ago, with Takayama coming out on top. Wiatrek was left with under 200,000 chips and was facing a raise from Takayama who was under the gun. Wiatrek moved all in on the button and Takayama quickly called.

Mike Takayama: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}
Emerick Wiatrek: {a-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Takayama flopped a full house to leave Wiatrek drawing slim. The turn was the {2-Clubs} and Wiatrek was drawing dead to the {a-Diamonds} on the river. Takayama continued stacking chips as he moved into the chip lead and nearing the 2,000,000-chip mark.
