Glick Takes From Gorodinsky

Level 8 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

Michael Glick raised from under the gun and Mike Gorodinsky made it three bets. It folded back to Glick who called.

Glick check-called bets on the {7-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop and the {6-Spades} turn. The river was the {q-Diamonds} and both players checked.

Glick turned over {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{j-Spades}{5-Diamonds} for a pair of jacks and took down the pot.

Kruk Clips Rast

Level 8 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

From the button, Christopher Kruk opened to 5,000 and Brian Rast called in the big blind.

The flop landed {6-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{4-Hearts} and both players checked as the turn landed the {J-Diamonds} and Rast led out for 6,500.

Kruk called, and the river landed the {J-Clubs}. Rast bet 18,500 and Kruk called.

Rast tabled his {K-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}, but it would be Kruk's {10-Spades}{7-Clubs} for a bigger two pair that would ensure him of the pot.

Kuznetsov Eliminated

Level 8 : 4,000/8,000, 0 ante
Timofey Kuznetsov
Timofey Kuznetsov

After what his tablemates called "a slow and steady decline" we saw Timofey Kuznetsov get his last 2,000 or so chips in against Greg Mueller.

Timofey Kuznetsov: {q-Spades}{5-Spades}
Greg Mueller: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

"Flush!" said Kuznetsov hopefully, and his wish was partially granted on the {10-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades} with the Russian also picking up a pair for good measure.

The turn was the {a-Spades} giving Kuznetsov his flush. He now had to sweat the river, but the river was the {7-Spades} giving Mueller the nut flush and eliminating Kuznetsov.
