Kruk Loses Half His Stack

Level 9 : 5,000/10,000, 0 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Christopher Kruk handed over a portion of his stack against Brian Rast when Kruk over-bet pot on the river to the tune of 105,000, but folded to a Rast raise.

Then on a {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{j-Spades} flop, Shaun Deeb check-called a 12,500 bet from Kruk and the turn was the {9-Spades}. Deeb check-called a bet of 40,000 and the river was the {8-Diamonds}. Deeb checked and Kruk bet 75,000.

Deeb called and Kruk announced king high: {k-Hearts}{4-Hearts}. Deeb turned over {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs} and took down the pot.
