Massive Pot in Brasilia Room

Level 8 : 250/500, 75 ante

Things started with Doug Baughman opening in early position for 1,600. He has been called by the player on the button, the small blind, and Sandra Kelly in the big blind.

The flop fell {j-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}, the small blind player checked, and Kelly bet 2,500. Baughman and the player on the button made the call. The turn was the {10-Clubs}, Kelly checked, and Baughman opted to fire 7,300. The button player, as well as Kelly, called after some thinking.

The {4-Clubs} brought another bet worth 6,000 from Baughman after Kelly checked once more, and his two opponents quickly folded their hands.

Baughman, who final tabled the 2007 $ 1,500 No-Limit Hold'em Shootout, earned the massive pot without showing his cards and is now up to 45,000.
