Qui Doubles Through Meyers
Level 20
: 1,200/2,400, 400 ante
Jeffrey Trudeau folded his hand in the small blind after having called a bet earlier when Mao Qui had gone all-in from the button. Brandon Meyers was considering his options from the cutoff. The dealer put aside 45,000 to see how much more Meyers needed to pay if he wanted to call. The dealer and the floor counted out the stack to make sure the amount was right. They both confirmed it was 100,300. Meyers considered his options and then put a stack of chips in to call.

The board ran out - even though Meyers had the better hand pre-flop, the nine on the flop ensured the double-up for Qui, leaving Meyers behind with about 15,000.
