Kevin Gerhart wins Event #40: $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship for his third World Series Of Poker bracelet. It was another 3rd bracelet for Bradley Ruben in Event #42: $1,500 Razz. Lastly Carlos Chang won his first bracelet in Event #41: $2,500 Freezeout No-Limit Hold'em. Today, 131 players made it through Day 1 of Event #45: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 8-Handed Championship, from a starting field of 317. Chris Sandrock is chip leader (748,500). Play resumes at 2:00 p.m. today, with late registration open until the start of the day. Terry Presley finished as overall chip leader in Event #43B: $1,000 DOUBLE STACK No-Limit Hold'em. Play resumed at 10:00 a.m. today with 1,068 players returning. Finally, yesterday saw 78 returnees in Event #44: $3,000 6-Handed Limit Hold'em, and only 10 remain. Play resumes at 2:00 p.m. today.
