Earthquakes, Disqualifications and More at the 2019 World Series of Poker

Welcome back to the latest daily update from the World Series of Poker after almost 5,000 players entered a ginormous Day 1c field of the Main Event.

As always there was a field of star-studded players rubbing shoulders with amateurs and qualifiers alike, but that didn't stop Phil Ivey being eliminated from the 2019 Main Event in the first level.

Also heading to the exit were not one, but two players who were disqualified.

And to top it all of, play was suspended briefly late in the evening due to an earthquake!

Fingers crossed nothing as chaotic befalls the remainder of the tournament!
