Gegan Fades Finne's Outs

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 2,000 ante

Joseph Gegan: {A-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} / {7-Diamonds}{A-Hearts}{J-Clubs}{7-Clubs} / {K-Clubs}
Tim Finne: {8-Hearts}{7-Spades} {6-Hearts}{9-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} / {2-Spades}
Eli Elezra: {X-}{X-} / {Q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds} - fold

Initially a four-way pot was reduced to just two contenders after fourth street. Joseph Gegan bet, Eli Elezra called and Tim Finne raised. Gegan made it 28,000 for all his chips and only Finne called.

Gegan had a pair of aces while Finne had an open-ended straight draw. Finne bricked and couldn't make a low either, allowing Gegan to double with aces up.
