Matusow Hurts Friedman's Chances

Level 15 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Mike Matusow: {a-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{4-Diamonds} / {4-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{8-Hearts}
Marc Friedman: {x-}{x-} / {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{a-Spades}{2-Diamonds} / {x-}
Gary Deluca: {x-}{x-} / {2-Spades}{8-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts} / {x-}

Marc Friedman completed with an ace showing and Mike Matusow three-bet with a four. Gary Deluca was down to just 2,800 and put his remaining chips in the middle. Friedman called and then check-called another bet from Matusow on fourth.

Friedman took the betting lead on fifth with a pair of aces and led into Matusow who just called. The action was the same on sixth and then Friedman check-called another bet on seventh.

"I have at least three fours," Matusow announced as he tabled his hand. Friedman showed two pair, aces and deuces but it was no good. Deluca also made two pair but was forced to head to the payout desk.
