Jerry Wong Takes Half of a Big Pot

Level 3 : 200/400, 0 ante

Jerry Wong: {x-}{x-}/{A-Spades}{10-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{2-Spades}/{x-}
Player 1: {x-}{x-}/{7-Hearts}{J-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{7-Spades}/{x-}
Player 2: {x-}{x-}/{5-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{8-Spades}/{x-}
Player 3: {x-}{x-}/{J-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{A-Hearts} - folded on sixth
Player 4: {x-}{x-}/{5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}/{x-}

In a doozy of a five-way hand, five different players committed 800 chips on third street. On fourth street, the player who was showing the {7-Diamonds} bet when checked to, and all four players called. Wong picked up the betting lead on fifth street and he led out with his pair of tens. Once again, all four players called.

On sixth street, Wong continued with a bet. He was called once before the player showing {5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{K-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} raised. Three players called including Wong, while one folded.

On seventh street, all four players checked. Wong showed {A-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{4-Clubs} for two pair while the player who raised him showed {8-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs} for a low. Those two would chop up the big pot while the other players checked. Wong collected half the pot and chipped up to over 10,000 chips.
