Kessler Sent to the Rail

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

According to players at the table, James Hoeppner open-shoved from the cutoff for right around 14,000. Allen Kessler was in the small blind and he called for just a bit less and the hands were turned up.

James Hoeppner: {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}
Allen Kessler: {K-}{K-}

The board ran out {A-Spades}{7-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{6-Spades} and Hoeppner paired his ace on the flop to take the lead and send Kessler to the rail. Kessler could only shake his head as his chips were sent over to Hoeppner.

Biton Takes from Madsen

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Patrice Biton limped on the button, the small blind completed and Jeff Madsen checked his option. The flop came {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{6-Spades} and the small blind checked. Madsen bet 1,375, Biton called and the small blind got out of the way. Both players checked the {7-Diamonds} turn and the {6-Clubs} completed the board.

Madsen bet 4,150 this time and after a few moments of thought, Biton called.

Jeff Madsen: {J-Clubs}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{2-Clubs}
Patrice Biton: {J-Spades}{J-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}

Biton's trip sixes were good for the pot and the chip-up.

Limit Hold'em

Under the gun, Ylon Schwartz raised. Action folded around to the big blind where Devin Looney called.

The flop was {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{3-Spades} and Looney checked, Schwartz bet, and Looney called.

Looney check-called again on both the {4-Diamonds} turn and the {5-Spades} river but mucked when Schwartz showed {Q-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds} for an overpair to the board.

Schwartz collected the pot and moved over 25,000 chips.

Decent Sized Pot for Seiver in Pot-Limit Omaha

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Scott Seiver raised to 1,500 on the button and he was called by Kristan Lord in the big blind.

The flop was {8-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} and Lord checked to Seiver who bet 2,000. Lord then check-raised making it 5,000 and Seiver called.

The turn was the {10-Spades} and Lord continued with a bet of 9,000. Seiver called again.

When the {A-Spades} hit the river, both players checked. Lord showed down his {A-Hearts}{J-Hearts}{Q-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for a missed flush draw turned into a pair of aces, but Seiver had him beat with{K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}{8-}{5-} for two pair, and he would take down the pot to move over 70,000 chips.

Juvancic Takes Three Quarters

Level 11 : 1,000/2,000, 0 ante

Omaha Hi-Lo

The turn brought the {J-Clubs} and Brown bet again. Juvancic called and the river was the {K-Hearts}. Brown checked this time, and Juvancic moved the rest of his chips in, just short of a full bet, while announcing, "That was a good river for me."

Brown committed the chips and Juvancic took three quarters with {A-Clubs}{K-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} for the nut low and top pair, top kicker. Brown tabled {A-Hearts}{9-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Hearts} and collected a fourth of the pot.

Opponent: {x-}{x-}/{2-}{3-}{5-}{Q-}/{x-}
