Negreanu Pairs Up in 2-7

Level 25 : 25,000/50,000, 0 ante

2-7 Triple Draw

Philip Long raised the button to 50,000 and Daniel Negreanu made it 75,000. Kevin Malis made it 100,000 and Long folded.

Negreanu called, and both he and Malis drew one and checked. Both players drew one again and checked, and on the final draw they again drew one.

Negreanu bet out 50,000 and Malis went into the tank before calling.

"I didn't even look. It's a three across." announced Negreanu.

Malis had tabled his {K-}{8-}{5-}{3-}{2-}, and Negreanu had a draw to his {6-}{4-}{3-}{2-}.

Negreanu however could only squeeze the {6-}, and Malis would scoop the pot.
