Messmer Applies Pressure

Level 22 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

There were about 140,000 chips already in the middle and the board read {9-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} when we got to the table. JC Tran checked from the small blind, Daniel Vampan bet 35,000 from the big blind, and after brief consideration, Aaron Messmer raised to 110,000. Tran quickly folded, Vampan did the same shortly thereafter, and Messmer took the pot to extend his chip lead.
