Hands #28-29: Peters Takes From Buchanan

Level 26 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Hand #28: Shawn Buchanan limped from middle position and Jeremy Wien checked his option in the big blind. On a flop of {3-Clubs}{q-Spades}{6-Spades} Buchanan bet 50,000 after Wien checked. Wien took a few seconds before releasing his hand into the muck.

Hand #29: From under the gun Peters opened to 90,000 with Shawn Buchanan making the call. Jake Schindler put in a call from the big blind as well. The flop came {4-Clubs}{9-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}, and the action checked to Buchanan who bet 125,000. Schindler folded and Peters tossed in a call. The {q-Spades} fell on the turn with the action checking through.

On a {5-Clubs} river Peters checked to Buchanan who took a few seconds before checking back. Peters rolled over {k-Spades}{9-Spades} for a pair of nines, Buchanan couldn’t beat it and Peters won the hand.
